These are made in the USA locally. Unlike other sellers we actually have in stock the items we are selling that can ship usually same day. We do not use drop shippers. The ceramic skull frag holder is made of inert ceramic that unlike cement doesn't need curing. The measurements are approx. 3"W x 4"D x 6"T.
